REFUND POLICY
YAF Pro's refund policy applies only in the following cases:
You cancel your order by emailing customercare@yafpro.fr within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders cannot be canceled once the tracking number has been issued prior to the receipt of your tracking number and prior to the shipment of your order from our warehouse.
Refunds will generally be processed through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
A 5% fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount when an order is canceled due to non-deductible fees charged by the Amazon payment gateway.
RETURN POLICY
If the customer would like to track the return of his/her package after it has been delivered to the shipping company, and after providing the tracking number, in this case, the return process proceeds as follows:
First: receive the package.
Second: keep the package sealed and then send it, at your expense, to the Company's headquarters in France at the following address:
Yaf Pro, 121 Avenue des Champs-Elysées 75008 Paris, France.
A “RETURN ORDER” notice must be attached to the shipping information of the carrier chosen by the customer.
Third: upon receipt of the package at the Company's offices and confirmation that the package is still sealed, the value of the Products purchased from the Company will be refunded to the same account through which the payment was made, excluding 5% of the value of the Products, calculated and deducted directly from the AMAZON payment gateway, which is non-refundable.
Fourth: the DHL partner fees charged directly by DHL, which include the standard shipping value plus customs fees, are non-refundable.
